I was upgraded to an impressive twin room with single beds. The location turned out to be marvellous, close enough to taxi to city centre plus bus stop outside front door as well as Fenham.

I stayed here for a xmas and would stay here again. The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were a nice size. The breakfast was particularly nice, at 9.50am and well priced.

The staff here was super respectful and really committed to making our stay great. the room was newly redone, super tidy, and had all the essentials like coffee and drinks available every day. Plus, the bed was cozy and comfortable. 🌟

The total stay was perfectly pleasant on a Saturday night. Our room was brand-new and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and the continental breakfast offered has plenty of dishes. The setting of hotel was incredibly comfortable, to all sight seeing. Downstairs bar was fantastic and well priced.
